Voice Banking is safe and secure, and it’s available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week—even when the bank is closed. 

Getting Started is Easy

Simply dial 928-445-9610 or 928-445-9614 and enter your security information to check balances, transfer funds between accounts, verify cleared checks, and check interest on any account. Our Voice Banking system will guide you through all of your transactions and inquires. Listen carefully and follow the instructions—it’s that easy.


About Your PIN
Initially your PIN (personal identification number) is the last four digits of your Social Security number. Your PIN should never be written down or shared with anyone. Country Bank will never call you and ask for your PIN. We recommend you change your PIN after your initial call. You can change your PIN at any time by pressing 6 and following the instructions.
